About
I am Yogi Dhirendra born in the spiritual city Rishikesh, the yoga capital of the world. With the roots in the spiritual city i began my journey towards sprituality at an early stage. I have devoted many years in practicing different forms of yoga and always tried to master them. The essence of those practices and my own research through it enabled me to devise my own style of teaching that involves tremendous amount of energy, alignment and adjustments. I have been teaching Professional Yoga since Years.
