Hello, I am Mimi. I hold bachelors degree in biochemistry from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico and a PHD from American Institute of Hoslistic Theology in Birminghan, Alabama (USA). My journey started at a very young age when my mother thought me sun salutations as a form of welcoming each new day. After that i practiced Asanas regularly. I have been doing Yoga for over 20 years now. I came to learn about Bhakti Yoga though my husband later in life. That was the time my I become a yoga teacher. I have done 200 hours YTTC in Hatha Yoga at Pachamama in Cost Rica, and more recently i have done 300 hour YTTC in Hatha and Asthana Yoga at the Yoga Capital of the world. I have also studied micro immunology at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, and microbiology / immunology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
