Hey, I am Yogi Mahesh. I am a graduate from Garhwal University with a Science background. My guru transformed me and helped me realize and understand Energy. He taught me how he is linked intimately to the society and others with the help of this energy. My guru trained me the various techniques through which i can cultivate this energy through personal practices. With time i developed the knowledge and explored it even more and shared it with others. I also hold expertise in Yoga Therapy.
