I was Born and raised in a very traditional Brahmin family within the City of God, Rishikesh. I have been doing yoga since childhood from Gurus. I am graduated in Sanskrit Language from the Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar.
I have 5 years of experience in teaching yoga and possesses a sound knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and basics of Yoga.
