Program
The 200 hours TTC course is a 21 day fully residential yoga course which helps in clearing the doubt of upcoming yoga teachers. This program helps in the attainment of the deepest possible knowledge of Ashtanga, Hatha, and vinyasa yoga practice.
The course focuses on correction of Yoga Asana or Postures of Yoga, knowledge of Yoga Philosophy and Anatomy, Breathing Techniques or Pranayama, Meditation techniques for keeping our mind and soul calm, Shat Kriya or Yogic cleaning techniques, Krida Yoga, essence of Bhakti Yoga as spirituality can be easily found in the air of Rishikesh, Neat and clean accommodation along with the healthy and Satvik Food.
Food & Accommodation
The ashram provides neat and clean rooms with attached washrooms. The rooms have proper ventilation and 24- hour power backup facilities. The ashram itself is located in a peaceful location away from the city which makes it a perfect location to practice yoga and meditation in peace.
3 times vegetarian or sattvic meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) and snacks with herbal tea are served during the program. Following a vegetarian diet is an important part of yoga as yoga is not just an exercise but a way of life. Following a yogic way of life during this program will increase the benefits you will gain by incorporating yoga and meditation into your lifestyle.
Syllabus
Yoga Philosophy
Yoga Philosophy is one of the major segment among the six prominent & conventionalist schools of Hinduism. "Purusha" & "Prakriti" are the two fundamentals of working of Yoga Philosophy where Prakriti depicts "Matter" & Purusha means "Pure Consciousness". Yoga Philosophy helps in creating mental, physical and spiritual superiority among the human.
Pranayama
The vital force inside our body or the source of our Prana is Breath and Pranayama is a practice of controlling the breath. This yoga practice can help in controlling the body as well as mind thus renders the state of calmness to the mind, body, and soul.
Shatkarma or Cleansing Process
Shat Karma is a set of purification or six cleansing processes as inscribed in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika as Neti, Nauli, Dhauti, Kapalbhati, Trataka, and Basti. These Shat Kriyas are used to purify the body and prepare it to the main work of Yoga
Bandhas or Energy Locks
Body Lock in Hatha Yoga is known as Bandha which is a part of Mudra. These locks are interrelated to energy flow & pranic energy which helps in the spiritual progress of the human body.
Mudras or Gesture of energy
Mudras are the position, symbol, or gestures on hands along with the different breathing techniques, asanas, and eye positions. In Sanskrit Mudra means "seal" or "Closure".
Pratyahara
Pratyahara is a sensory withdrawal technique use to gain the state of relaxation of physical and mental conditions. Out of Patanjali's eightfold path of Yoga, it is considered as the fifth recognized limb.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga comprises of practices of various yoga asanas or postures and breathing exercises or Pranayama. This is helpful in bringing the state of calmness to the mind, body, and soul.
Karma Yoga
Based on Yoga of action, Karma Yoga is one the major part of four spiritual paths of Hinduism. Karma means "Action" and so Karma Yoga simply means practising the different yoga steps without thinking about the outcome.
Mantra Yoga
This Yoga uses mantra chanting in order to activate & awaken the self and also helps in enhancing the meditative aspects of the yoga. One can achieve a union of body, mind, and soul with the power of mantra chanting.
Ayurveda
Ayurveda is the ancient & natural healing technology originated from Vedic culture in India. The term "Ayur" means life and "Veda" means knowledge or science.
Asana
Asanas are one of the undetectable parts of yoga practice. For the attainment of proper yogic knowledge, your asana must be correct. The modification, variation, and alignment of asana must be in the proper form so that the risk of injuries can be avoided and one can attain the path of Yogi with perfection. Proper Asana can only be attained by the regular practice only.
Sanskrit names and Terminology related to Postures
Introduction of yoga students to the various yogic terminology and the Sanskrit & ancient names of various yoga postures is done. This is done to deepen your knowledge in the radiant field of Yoga.

This helps in providing the skills and the knowledge to the yoga teachers & students for better understanding of the field of Yoga. How to Get There
By Airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Indra Gandhi International Airport (DED), from there you can take a flight to Jolly Grant Airport (DED). Upon your arrival, the school will provide a taxi for free pickup from the airport and drop off at the school at Lakshman Jhula.
By Bus
From Indra Gandhi International Airport (DED), you will have to take a taxi to ISBT (Inter State Bus Terminal). From there you can find many governments and private buses to Rishikesh. Once you reach the Rishikesh Bus Station the school’s taxi will pick you up from there and drop you at the school free of charge.
By Train
The nearest railway station is Haridwar railway station. From there you can find many cabs and buses to Rishikesh. If you want any help with the pickup from Haridwar you can contact the school and let them know.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation requires a payment of 20% of the total price.
- If the booking is cancelled one month (31 Days) prior to the start of the retreat/course you will get 90% refund of the booking amount.
- If the booking is cancelled 30 to 15 Days prior to the start of retreat/course, you will get 50% refund of the booking amount.
- No refund will be given if the retreat/course booking is cancelled less than 15 days prior to the start of the course. Although we can adjust the 50% of your paid amount to any other retreat/course you book with us in future.
The remaining amount shall be paid on arrival to the course/retreat location.
